HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All of our floral deliveries are provided with complimentary next-day shipping because we want to get them to their destination as quickly as possible. This means, in most cases, your roses are only out of water for about 9 hours. This adds to the longevity and quality of the flowers once they are received.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?

Your flowers will be delivered via UPS Next-Day Air without a signature required. The driver will be instructed to leave your package in a safe place if no one is home. However, your flowers will arrive very thirsty so we do not recommend letting them sit outside for very long. It is important to get them in a cool place and hydrated as soon as possible. If you are not able to receive the gift, we suggest getting a friend or family member to pick them up and hydrate them until you are able to pick them up

 

HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE YOUR NAME?

Our name ‘Roseur' comes from the French word for the color pink. It is pronounced 'rose-ur'

 

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS THAT ARE NOT ON THE ROSEUR FINE ROSES WEBSITE?

We do our best to obtain any flowers that you desire to compliment your roses for an additional cost. Obviously, this depends upon seasonal availability and if we have tested them for shipping durability. We will do our best to get them for you through our special request.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?

Freshness is our first criteria for our roses and the longevity we experience with our roses is unprecedented. We guarantee our roses will last at least 5 days, however they often last much longer. In our aftercare section we have outlined all of our best practices for longevity. Dramatic results are shown when these are followed correctly.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ROSES ARRIVE DAMAGED?

We will work with you to urgently fix the situation. If your roses arrive looking anything less than spectacular, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem.

 

I AM SENDING MY ROSES AS A GIFT, HOW WILL I KNOW IF THEY HAVE ARRIVED?

After we have processed and shipped your flowers, you will receive a tracking number via email. When we are able we will also personally contact you to notify you that the delivery has been made. 

 

DO YOU OFFER RED ROSES?

We believe with mass consumption the red rose has become mundane. Our focus as a luxury brand is to unearth the unexpected and encourage our customers to choose a more original and truly exceptional modern floral offering.

 

WHY DO YOUR PRICES VARY FOR EACH COLOR?

The retail price of each of our rose variations is based upon cost. The more rare and unique a rose is the higher the cost of the handling, processing and shipment from the growers. This also allows us more freedom with our growers, as we do not have to work with a set price. This allows us to provide you with exciting new offerings on a regular basis. 

 

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS?

We do not believe that one size fits all. However we are not a florist rather a house of curated offerings formed by hand to convey a sentiment, as noted in the Roseur florography. Our discipline is to maintain strict focus on the idea of reinvigorating iconic treasures in new and inspiring ways. If there is a mood or sentiment you feel is missing from our repertoire please let us know. 

 

DO YOUR ROSES HAVE A SCENT?

Although certain colors have a faint scent, the majority of modern roses have been bred to all but eliminate their perfume. It is said fragrance reduces the shelf life of the rose and therefore is not suitable for today's demands. We believe in complete sensorial experiences and are working with growers to forge a new path in this important olfactory area.

 

DO YOU DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN FEMININE AND MASCULINE GIFTS?

We believe Roseur Roses are not gender specific. Their main purpose is to make every person feel warm and well thought of. In that sense they are very much appropriate for everyone. What is important is the message being conveyed is correctly reflected in the offering.

 

WHICH COLOR IS YOUR BEST SELLER?

As color popularity varies from area to area, we don't really have an overall best-seller. We try to help people find the rose that is an appropriate expression of their personal sentiment.
