US DELIVERY TIMES + COSTS
Next-Day shipping anywhere in the US is complimentary. Please Note: Cut-off time for all orders is 11am PST one day before desired delivery.
Your order will be delivered via Next-Day delivery – to your desired address from Tuesday to Saturday between 9am and 12pm for most locations within the US, on the delivery date you specify. More rural areas require additional time for delivery and typically arrive by 5pm.
RECEIVING YOUR FLOWERS
When placing your order, by default your package does not require a signature and UPS will leave your delivery outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, by placing your order you are agreeing to accept the package with no signature and you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Please ensure someone will be available to accept the package on the day of delivery.
Your roses are very fragile and will need to be put in water as soon as possible. In the rare event you experience a delay or damage during shipment, Roseur accepts full responsibility and will work to replace your items as soon as possible.
LOCAL SEATTLE DELIVERY TIMES + COSTS
For our local customers, we currently provide Same-Day Delivery throughout the Seattle Metropolitan Area. Orders for Same-Day Delivery must be placed by 9am PST on the morning of desired delivery day. If you have questions regarding your delivery area please contact us at 888-406-6405.
In the rare event something should occur to your roses during shipping, simply contact Roseur immediately at 888-406-6405. We are happy to replace your roses if the wrong arrangement was sent or if they are not in beautiful condition.
RECEIVING A REFUND
In order to obtain a refund, please confirm the following details:
– For issues with quality: a photo must be supplied and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
– For any return replacement must occur within 48 hours of delivery.
– Proper care must be maintained as we can not guarantee freshness for roses that are not well cared for.
– If you request a refund, Roseur will use all reasonable effort to ensure that the refund will be made within seven (7) business days of receipt of the returned goods by crediting your debit or credit card.
